Hardened PoE Switches

For locations that are subject to extreme temperatures, excessive vibration, or high levels of electromagnetic interference, Ethernet switches with hardened specifications are the ideal solution. When hardened switches are equipped with PoE (Power over Ethernet), they function as Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), and can provide power from an RJ45 port to remote devices directly through a standard UTP Ethernet cable.
