To consistently protect the welfare of its internal and external stakeholders, the organization has implemented effective organizational management systems that adheres to international standards.

EtherWAN received ISO 9001 quality management accreditation in 2000, demonstrating the company's dedication to achieving customer expectations through a systematic approach to quality management. In 2011, the company added the ISO 14001 environmental management certification, demonstrating its commitment to lowering environmental impact through effective resource management and pollution prevention.

EtherWAN reached another milestone in 2023, announcing its ISO 45001 and 27001 certifications for occupational health & safety and information security management systems. The ISO 45001 certification shows the continued efforts to emphasize employee well-being and minimize work-related injuries and diseases. This certification also demonstrates the company's persistence in continually developing its occupational health and safety management system and assuring the efficacy of its operations. On the other hand, the ISO 27001 certification ensures that EtherWAN has implemented an effective ISMS and is devoted to protecting sensitive information with consistent security practices. EtherWAN consistently assesses its performance and executes process improvements to improve its operations and produce high-quality products and services that meet and exceed client expectations. Conflict Minerals Statement

EtherWAN collaborates with its manufacturing division to ensure that our organization is socially responsible in all its business activities, specifically regarding conflict minerals.


Conflict minerals refer to but not limited to rare metals such as tinstone, wolframite, coltan, gold, and their derivatives, especially gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W), which are sourced from conflict regions.


The “Conflict Regions” includes the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the Republic of Uganda, the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Burundi, the United Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Zambia, Republic of Angola, Central African Republic, and any current or future country/region of the stated countries.


EtherWAN, in collaboration with its manufacturing division, takes the following efforts to comply with the prohibition on obtaining conflict minerals:

  • Obtains the warranty of its suppliers that no product or packaging supplied to EtherWAN’s manufacturing location contains Conflict Minerals from any Conflict Regions, further certifies suppliers will refrain from sourcing Conflict Minerals from Conflict Regions and confirms that the mining, refining, shaping and any other manufacturing or processing procedure of any such minerals does not take place in Conflict Regions.

  • Ensures the exclusion of conflict minerals in any of its products or packaging from all accredited suppliers. Validate that the minerals used are not sourced from, mined, refined, shaped or processed in any conflict regions.

  • Ensures supplier commitment in putting their best efforts to strengthen its supply chain management, avoiding the use of conflict minerals through implementing relevant management policies and rules to effectively detect and track raw material sources and ensuring its legality.

  • Reserves the right to audit its suppliers regarding the raw metal sources.

  • Requires its suppliers to complete investigation questionnaires and to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information to EtherWAN.
