EtherWAN Releases a Hardened IEEE 802.3at 10/100BASE PoE Ethernet Switch with Wide Power Input Range and Compactness

The EX42200 is a compact sized, hardened unmanaged 5-port 10/100BASE PoE Ethernet Switch. It provides four 10/100BASE-TX ports that support IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet standard with up to 30 watts per port for a total power budget of 120 watts, and a fifth 10/100BASE-TX or 100BASE-FX port for uplink.
The 18 to 57VDC redundant power inputs make it easy to configure the power options. At an operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C, the EX42200 is ideal in outdoor / harsh environments where Ethernet connectivity is required for a small number of PoE devices to be deployed, for example, a bus surveillance system.
The EX42200 delivers the following features:
None-blocking architecture and full wire-speed forwarding rates
Auto-negotiation function
Auto-MDI-X on UTP cables
Flow control
- IEEE802.3x Flow control for full duplex
- Back pressure for half duplex
DIN-Rail installation
